Installation - Owner: Jon Bestland founded Bestland Aluminum Products Inc. in 1983 and has been chief installer since. Over his career, Jon has accumulated an in depth knowledge of all residential construction methods. This allows him to customize rain gutters to each individual house while both maintaining the quality of all house structures and inform the home owner of any trouble areas.

Materials We Use: Seamless Aluminum Gutters: .032 gauge aluminum to ensure strong and sturdy gutters. Custom sized at the job site to guarantee proper fit. No seams to prevent leaking.

Flashing: Custom bent aluminum flashing to prevent unwanted leakage along fascia boards.

Roof Hangers: The most sturdy of hangers, positioned 2 1/2 feet apart for consistency and strength along the gutter. Fascia hangers (hidden hangers) also available upon request.

Downspout: Offered in both 3" (standard) and 4" (commercial) sizes. 3" downspouts are adequate for most residential roofs. 4" downspouts allow a gutter system to drain a greater amount of water at a faster rate and are less likely to clog with leaves and twigs from mature trees, therefore are a better option in certain situations.

Gutter Guard: Optional gutter shield that allows water drainage without leaves and twigs.

Water Drainage Test: At Bestland Aluminum Products Inc., we water test every rain gutter (when possible) for optimum water drainage with minimal slope before permanently hanging the gutter.
